DISTRICT 3 ROAD DIVISION MEETING OF MARCH 19, 2007

Secretary Sarah Stevens called the meeting to order at 7:50 p.m.

6 people were in attendance, representing 4 clubs. No quorum was reached.

Secretary’s Report: was read and accepted.

Treasurer’s Report (via phone):

General fund $1497.96

Emergency fund $2953.00

AMA Grant $650.00

Charity fund $313.00

Special money for a gift award at the banquet: $50.

Legislative Report: None was given.

Old Business:

-Banquet 2007 is March 31st. We need door prizes! We need award nominations by the 29th - please contact Larry S. directly.

-We will need volunteers to man the AMA truck at Americade in June - 4 people at all times to take memberships, chat up the district, etc. Please contact Denis Petrie directly if you are interested.

New Business:

None was conducted as we had no quorum and it was snowing.

Good and Welfare: Woodstock HOG will be rejoining the AMA!

-The Irish Riders invite all to ride with them in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Albany on March 17th. Contact Maggie McNally for more info
